About Brittany Walsh
World Record Holder for Acrobatic Archery
Brittany Walsh is currently the world record holder for acrobatic archery, and is also the only known individual to perform this stunt blindfolded. It began at the age of 5 when Brittany was enrolled in gymnastics so that she could have an outlet for her creative and adventurous energy. She competed nationally and internationally in the sport for 12 years and then turned to circus and physical theater at the age of 18. For 7 years Brittany performed and toured as an ensemble member with Do Jump! Extremely Physical Theatre. There, she honed her acrobatic, aerial, and performance skills. Now, Brittany primarily works as a solo hand balancing and contortion artist, entertaining audiences across the globe including places such as Dubai, Hong Kong, and various countries in Europe. She has also performed for numerous events and venues, including NASCAR, the Superbowl, and the MGM Grand-La Vegas. Brittany was featured on The Late Show with David Letterman and her act has been described by The New York Times to be “beautiful, exciting, and fun.” Storm Large says that Brittany is “a total badass,” but perhaps you will just have to find out for yourself!
